NOTICE: In compliance with Governor Pritzker’s guidance to expand Early Voting hours, the Clerk’s Election Division office and Early Voting site at 421 N. County Farm Rd. in Wheaton will remain open until 8:00 pm every night from Friday 3/13 until Monday 3/16.

Vote By Mail Application – Option 1

Complete and submit the online Application to Vote by Mail by 3/12.
Once processed, your ballot will be mailed upon availability.

Vote By Mail Application – Option 2

Obtain an official Vote by Mail Ballot Application by:
Downloading the Vote by Mail Application
OR Picking one up from any DuPage County registration location.
OR Calling the Election Division to request an Application at 630-407-5600, Spanish 630-407-5608, TDD: 630-407-5631

Vote By Mail – Steps

Step 1 – Get the Ballot
Use one of the options above to submit your Vote By Mail Application.
When available, your ballot will be mailed upon receipt of the completed application.
***After receiving the Vote by Mail Ballot, complete and return it to the Election Division as soon as possible.

Step 2 – Return the Ballot
Option 1: You can return your Vote By Mail Ballot (in the envelope provided) via mail (with a postmark date no later than 3/17).
Option 2: You can drop off your Vote By Mail Ballot at the Election Division at 421 N. County Farm Rd, Wheaton or at a polling place (if returning in person, must be received before 7pm on 3/17).
***If the voter is not the one dropping off the ballot, they must fill out and sign the Affidavit of Delivery on the flap of the envelope.

Only fill out a Vote By Mail request if you are going to vote via the form mailed to you (if you fill out the application to Vote by Mail and you show up for early voting or voting on election day, you will be given a provisional ballot, unless you bring your mail in ballot with you, it’s best to avoid this situation).
